Solar PV Technical Due Diligence & Advisory

KRD provides Solar PV technical due diligence and independent technical advisory for utility-scale investments across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.

We support investors, lenders and developers in acquisition and investment decisions by assessing the technical, grid, permitting and environmental aspects of photovoltaic (PV) projects. Our due diligence process identifies material risks, validates key project assumptions and evaluates compliance with applicable technical, regulatory and project requirements.

The TDD for PV projects is structured in
two independent phases, which may be contracted separately or sequentially depending on transaction needs.
