Progressovka Solar PV Plant

KRD supported the 148 MWp Progressovka Solar PV Plant in Prohresivka, Mykolaiv Oblast, providing engineering, design compliance and as-built documentation services across the project’s Alpha, Beta and Gamma sections.

The work went well beyond a straightforward design review. KRD assessed existing project documentation against Ukrainian standards and regulatory requirements, identified gaps, and developed the additional drawings and calculations needed to support the project through its later engineering stages.

A broad range of technical areas formed part of the scope. These included CCTV and communications systems, weather monitoring stations, site drainage, O&M facilities, fire alarm systems, transformer and switch station foundations, as well as bill of quantities documentation. KRD also prepared documentation in both English and Ukrainian and worked closely with Scatec throughout the design review and approval process.

Support continued as the project moved into the as-built stage. KRD prepared and submitted the required Stage R, SMDL and as-built documentation, helping ensure that the final technical records accurately reflected the completed works.

By combining detailed engineering review with practical coordination and documentation support, KRD helped Progressovka move through a critical stage of delivery with a clear focus on compliance, consistency and technical quality.
