3-Country Solar Portfolio

KRD Renewables provided Technical Due Diligence for a 600 MW Solar PV portfolio spanning projects in Poland, Greece and Romania. The assignment covered a medium-to-advanced stage portfolio and focused on identifying technical and development risks that could affect project readiness, bankability and future delivery.

KRD’s scope included a detailed review of the proposed project technologies and design approach, together with key development documentation. The assessments covered the grid connection agreement, permitting status, easements and proposed cable routes.

By reviewing technical, grid and permitting information across three different markets, KRD provided the client with an independent view of the portfolio’s overall development status and key areas requiring further attention. The assignment demonstrates KRD’s experience in supporting large-scale, cross-border renewable energy portfolios and providing clear technical insight to inform investment and development decisions.
